Limitations

NeuroTwin v1 is not a clinical diagnostic or treatment system. Same-subject multimodal data is scarce, clinical intervention data is insufficient for strong causal claims, and synthetic smoke results are not scientific evidence.

Exact TRIBE, BrainVista, Brain-OF, BrainOmni, Braindecode, and CEBRA reproductions are unavailable unless their upstream code, data, and protocols are integrated. Approximation wrappers must be labeled as approximations.

BIDS/OpenNeuro support is derivative-only in v1; raw NIfTI preprocessing is intentionally out of scope. Real-data smoke runs validate plumbing and leakage controls, not broad scientific claims.
